Scent in September with Peta Clarke

Hi all, we will be welcoming Peta to Mount Murray Farm, home of Canine Ed, tucked away in the beautiful Southern Highlands near Robertson. The Crew that regularly attend these clinics formed out of a great group of trainers who have embraced the principles of force free learning, and where we often joke we have created 'Askholes'. The Scent in September will be addressing the Smellier side of life with training and will focus on Scentwork Skills in Trialling.

Session Times are:

* Starters/Pre-Trial - Saturday 9:00AM-12:30PM

* Novice - Saturday 1:00PM-4:30PM

* Excellent - Sunday 9:00AM-12:30PM

* Advanced - Sunday 1:00PM-4:30PM

Over the two day workshop, Peta will select from a range of general topics listed below:  Handling skills and building teamwork * How handler movement influences the dog. * How to navigate a search area. * How and when to provide direction to your dog. * Planning your training to achieve success at higher levels * How to set hides to further your training goals. * How to isolate components to build your dog’s understanding of odour, * How to successfully train multiple hides, elevated hides and inaccessible hides.  Please note that by using this form to register you agree to the terms and conditions on the Canine Education Australia Website. You can select one day or two.  In recent times we have had people register and then not proceed or withdraw.
